Our journey from operations and engineering to VC.

Ventioneers is a play on words: “venture” and “pioneers,” founded by Mohamed Soliman and Felicia Parker, with their shared passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and a drive to grow impactful businesses.

With Mohamed’s expertise in engineering, technology, and IP development and Felicia’s leadership in business strategy and operations, they united their diverse experiences to establish Ventioneers.

We believe the world’s most important problems will be solved by visionary founders, and we exist to help them scale with conviction, capital, and community.

Meet the Team

Mohamed Soliman

Co-Founding & Managing Partner

Mohamed is a seasoned technologist, inventor, and venture investor with deep operating experience across energy, AI, and advanced engineering. He holds a MSc in Predictive Control (Engineering) and spent 14 years at Saudi Aramco. He brings large scale industrial and infrastructure perspective to innovation.

Mohamed holds 50+ granted patents (with many more pending) across AI, energy systems, and deep tech. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Ventioneers, he applies rigorous technical diligence, IP driven insight, technical guidance, IP Developlment and go-to-market strategy to back founders building category defining companies across AI, robotics, fintech, health tech, climate, and frontier technologies.

Felicia Parker

CO-FOUNDING & MANAGING PARTNER

Felicia is an experienced operator, founder, and venture investor with a background in psychology and a proven record of scaling companies across multiple global markets.

As the Founder of Mayada, she scaled sales across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Felicia leverages her deep operator background to lead market and team diligence, evaluate go-to-market scalability, and work hands on with founders to build durable, high impact companies. A mother of five and a relentless advocate for women in leadership, she is driven by a mission to shatter glass ceilings and build businesses that scale with purpose.
