Thanks for signing up! You're now part of the Ventioneers scout network. Here's everything you need to know to start referring deals.
How It Works
Refer a high-quality startup. If we invest, you earn 20%–50% of the total carry on that deal — like writing your own $5k–$100k angel check into the round, without putting up any capital.
Once we successfully close the deal, you will receive a carry share agreement.
What We're Looking For
We invest in Seed to pre-IPO companies. Run any referral through this checklist before submitting:
- Backing — Already VC-backed, leading the current round, or from YC, Techstars, SpeedRun, etc.
- Geography — US or Canada based
- Traction — Revenue, signed LOIs/MOUs, or strategic partnerships
- Team — 2+ founders preferred (not a hard requirement), with relevant background
- Sector — Deep tech or AI-enabled B2B SaaS
If a company clearly misses more than one of these, hold off. We'd rather see fewer aligned referrals than a high volume of misaligned ones.
